• Monitoring overdue accounts and following up with customers on overdue accounts to secure payments through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving customer issues and complaints concerning billing issues.
• Reviewing and reconciling customer statement accounts with outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies, and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to track the status of outstanding balances.
