Full-time Management & Operations

Position :

Working out of the community of Deschambault Lake and reporting directly to the Health Director, the Holistic Health Coordinator is an integral part of the community-based prevention, assessment, intervention, and after-care team. By working with other service providers, the successful candidate is responsible for assessing the psychological, social, and emotional needs of the community, developing programs, providing therapeutic services, and training community staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Crisis prevention, intervention, and aftercare
• Individual, family, and community assessments, interventions, and therapeutic supports (addictions, grief & loss, anxiety and depression, and other mental health and behavioural conditions/disorders)
• Case management
• Policy, procedures, protocols, and program development
