Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Law Department, aligning goals with the institute’s overall mission.
• Design, review, and update curricula to meet contemporary legal standards, accreditation requirements, and market needs.
• Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation; foster a collaborative and research‑focused environment.
• Oversee day‑to‑day academic operations, including timetabling, examination scheduling, and grading processes.
• Promote and support research initiatives, publications, seminars, moot courts, and community outreach programs.
• Manage departmental budget, resource allocation, and infrastructure development.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accreditation bodies, and internal policies.
