Job Description
Performance Analyst Specialist is responsible for analyzing financial, operational, and business performance data to support strategic decision-making. This role ensures accurate reporting of key banking metrics, compliance with regulatory standards, and provides insights to enhance profitability, efficiency, and risk management.
Collect and analyze data from core banking systems, CRM, financial systems, and risk platforms
Develop and maintain performance reports covering: Branch performance
Loan and credit portfolio
Deposit growth
Revenue and profitability
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management and regulators
