Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Cardiff
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:15am - 3:00pm
Duration: Full Academic Year | Potential to Become Permanent
Pay: £110 - £130 per day (dependent on experience)
Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Cardiff who are seeking an experienced and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people, particularly those with additional learning needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support learning, deliver interventions and provide targeted support for students across the school.
