The Histotechnician is responsible for performing foundational and advanced histology techniques including tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, staining, and coverslipping. This role operates in a regulated laboratory environment and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The ideal candidate will support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Experience: Direct experience in histology techniques including embedding, microtomy, staining, and tissue processing. Experience with automated staining platforms and advanced staining techniques. Experience working in regulated environments including FDA, OSHA, ISO, and GMP standards. Experience supporting quality investigations and corrective actions.
