Get Work Talent (GWT) is a US-based staffing company placing full-time remote operators with real estate, mortgage, and legal businesses. We're hiring an internal sales rep to own our outbound pipeline and eventually run it.

Who you are:

You are not a script-reader. When a prospect throws an objection you haven't heard before, you don't freeze - you think on your feet and find the angle. You know real estate well enough to hold a credible conversation with a broker, an investor, or a transaction coordinator. When something goes sideways on a call, you de-escalate it. When a client is skeptical, you know how to reframe the problem instead of pitching harder. You are sharp and composed. 

What you'll do:

• Research and reach out to prospective US clients via LinkedIn, email, and phone
