Hiring: NICE CXone Developer (Onsite/Morning) - BGC, Taguig City

Minimum 4 years of experience in Nice CXOne CCaaS technologies

Hands on experience in NICE CXone IVR, CRM and 3rd party Integration as

well as with Conversation AI capabilities development

Hands-on experience with NICE CXone development (Studio, APIs,

scripting).

Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, web services, and data exchange

Very good experience in Nice CXOne implementation and support

Integration with Salesforce Voice and Integration with MS365 dynamics

Integration with 3rd party recorders like Verint

Experience in Cognigy AI development and implementation

Good understanding of Copilot and Auto pilot features in Nice CXOne

Hands on with Omilia AI platform

Hands on experience with Dialer (Personal connect or 3 rd Party)
