Job Description
**Looking for** **Assemblers in York, PA!**
💲 $19–$22/hr (DOE)
+ 1st shift: 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
+ 2nd shift: 4:30pm to 3:00 am - Monday to Thursday
**📈 Contract-to-Hire**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Experience with mechanical and electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to use hand tools, torque wrenches, and basic production equipment.
+ Able to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and schematics.
+ Experience cutting, stripping, crimping, and soldering wires.
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
+ Ability to follow safety procedures and production requirements.
**Physical / Environment**
+ Up to 35 lbs lifting (team lift above)
+ Ergonomic workstations + hoists
+ Mix of climate & non-climate areas
