Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–4.30pm

35 hours per week, Term Time + 5 INSET (Teacher) Days

Rushey Mead Primary School is seeking a highly motivated, creative and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our established HLTA team. This role will involve a significant amount of planned class cover, alongside collaborative work supporting teaching and learning across the school.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced practitioner who is an effective communicator, demonstrates initiative and flexibility, and enjoys working as part of a supportive and professional team.

The successful candidate will:

Hold a Level 4 TA qualification (or equivalent)

Be confident delivering planned cover across year groups
