Job Overview
Garden City Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed HLTA who is:
- Passionate about securing positive outcomes for children.
- Highly motivated, organised, and flexible in the way you work to best meet children’s needs.
- An effective communicator, highly skilled in building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and professionals.
- Ability to utilise planning and resourcing when covering a class.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to support the school in moving children’s learning on.
Successful candidates will have:
- Level 2, or above, in English and Maths
- Previous experience of working effectively within a school setting.
- Good standard of written and spoken English and a general understanding of Maths.
