About the role:

Justteachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant and inclusive school community in Bradford from September 2026 . This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting teaching and learning across a range of age groups and subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support teaching and learning across the curriculum
• Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the teacher
• Lead targeted interventions for small groups or individual pupils
• Assist in the assessment and tracking of pupil progress
• Provide pastoral support and promote positive behaviour
• Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to meet pupils’ needs
• Contribute to the development of classroom resources and displays
