While we proudly serve the McDonald’s brand, our team members are employed directly by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA.
That means all hiring, training, scheduling, and employment decisions are made at the restaurant level by our local leadership team. McDonald’s USA is not involved in the hiring process or employment decisions for this role.
