HGV Technician
Location: Berkshire
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary
£45,200 - £55,000 OTE
Overtime available
On-call rota: 1 week in 4Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
40 hours per weekThe Role
We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy workshop, carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs, light commercial vehicles and specialist equipment.
Responsibilities
Service, maintain and repair HGVs and light vehicles
Carry out MOT preparation, PMIs and fault diagnosis
Complete repairs to a high standard
Attend breakdowns and satellite depots when required
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standardsRequirements
5+ years' HGV/commercial vehicle maintenance experience or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Knowledge of vehicle electrical systemsDesirable:
