Job Description
We are recruiting for Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team at our client's busy logistics operation in Cambuslang .
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for ongoing, full-time work with a well-established operation. This role involves store and home deliveries, where you will be accompanied by a porter at all times. Heavy lifting will be required in this role, with deliveries including kitchen appliances, worktops, flooring, etc, into properties which could include 3rd or 4th floor flats. For this reason, a good level of fitness is required.
This is a full-time position working Tuesdays to Saturdays , starting between 6am and 7am each day, with potential for overtime paid at time and a half after 48 hours. The pay rate for this role is £16.73 per hour .
