Job Description
The Helper provides support in various operational tasks at GD Realty, assisting with property maintenance, site preparations, and general upkeep to ensure properties are well-presented and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with property inspections and minor repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Help in preparing properties for sale or rental, including cleaning and organizing.
- Support the team in setting up property showings and open houses.
- Assist with moving furniture, materials, or equipment for property staging.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of properties during maintenance or viewing events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or real estate is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
