We are seeking an experienced Help Desk / Information Systems Specialist to deliver high-quality technical support to our attorneys and staff. This role is ideal for a customer-service-oriented IT professional with strong Microsoft expertise who enjoys solving problems and helping others work efficiently. You will serve as a primary point of contact for technical issues, support onboarding and offboarding processes, and contribute to a collaborative IT team in a dynamic law firm environment.
