Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide responsive technical support for end users in Tempe, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and access issues while delivering a strong customer support experience. The role focuses on troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environments, managing service requests, and helping employees stay productive through timely issue resolution.
