This client is hiring Help Desk contractors in Denver, CO. This high-volume service desk supports thousands of internal users and hundreds of applications. Agents handle 10–30 calls daily, with 800–1100 calls across the team, using ServiceNow for ticketing.
This is a 100% phone-based role focused on first-contact resolution in a fast-paced call center. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, document tickets, support user access and installations, and escalate when needed while maintaining strong customer service.
This is a hybrid role requiring 100% onsite during the first 5 weeks of training and at least 50% onsite afterward. There is potential for full-time conversion based on performance and attendance. Shift flexibility is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
