This is a remote position. We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Help Desk Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering timely solutions. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, assisting users with hardware and software problems, and ensuring a positive support experience. Key Responsibilities Provide remote technical support to employees/customers via phone, email, chat, and remote access tools. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Log, track, and update support tickets using a help desk ticketing system.
