Job Description
Manage helicopter operations at our Mackenzie Base with a focus on safety and efficiency. This full time role is available immediately for qualified candidates. As the Helicopter Operations Manager, you will report to the PG Regional Manager while ensuring the smooth operation of the Mackenzie Base.
Key duties include facilitating client communication, supervising regional operations, and overseeing aircraft readiness. Your expertise in helicopter management is crucial for maintaining safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative duties at the Mackenzie Base
- Ensure safety and suitability of weather for flights
- Complete daily inspections and manage aircraft equipment
- Drop crews in the field and maintain communication
- Conduct periodic maintenance tasks around the hangar
Requirements
- 600 hours minimum PIC helicopter time
- Completed Mountain Course
