Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience required.
- Must have experience operating dozers, excavators, and off-road articulated dump trucks.
- Experience operating large and mid-size bulldozers and excavators is required.
- Ability to safely perform earthmoving, grading, excavation, and site preparation.
- Strong commitment to job site safety and equipment inspections.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work as needed.
