Job Description
Saiia Construction, a proud MasTec company, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator for a full-time position at Plant Wansley working 10-hour days, 5 days a week. In this role, you will masterfully operate dozers and excavators to safely move, haul, and grade earth while strictly adhering to EPA, OSHA, and MSHA safety regulations. Successful candidates will bring 2 to 4 years of proven field experience—no certifications required—along with a meticulous work ethic, punctual attendance, and a strong commitment to team safety.
The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for, but not limited to operating heavy equipment including excavator, dozers, graders, dump trucks, front-end loaders, compactors, scrapers, and water trucks to move materials to and from designated areas, participate in required training and ensure all established safety rules, procedures, policies, OSHA and MSHA regulations are followed.
