Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join a team in Etobicoke. You'll work on road construction machinery including rippers, spreaders, shuttle buggies, and grinders. This is a hands‑on role split between our shop and field work, primarily focused on running repairs with occasional full rebuilds. You'll work in a clean, well‑organized shop with modern facilities and be part of a stable, established company.
Requirements
- Experience with diagnostics on electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and self‑sufficiency
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
Nice-to-Haves
- 421A heavy equipment certification
- Experience with Road Building equipment
