Job Description
EBC seeks a Heavy Civil Project Superintendent for the Ladore Project in Campbell River, BC. Drive project success by managing subcontractors and adhering to safety standards.
In this strategic role, you’ll lead construction efforts on a significant infrastructure project while working night shifts. With 3-5 years of construction management experience, you will liaise with multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety regulations. Your leadership will directly impact project timelines and quality of work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities of subcontractors and own forces
• Review and approve documents, including invoices
• Chair safety meetings to promote a safe work environment
• Ensure effective communication with all parties involved
• Maintain oversight of project schedules and milestones
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervision experience in construction
• Must have concrete and earthworks expertise
