Heat Treatment Technician – Weekly rotating shift in Joo Koon. Salary: $2,500 – $3,500 plus shift allowance.

Responsibilities

• Follow heat treat scheduling to ensure proper sequence for product through heat-treating cycles.
• Load and unload furnaces and safely manage waste products.
• Set temperature for a given treatment and monitor the treatment cycle.
• Oversee the heat-treat process and furnace accuracy to ensure uniformity.
• Test samples for hardness and verify they meet customer specifications.
• Repetitively lift and move parts on and off pallets.
• Assist with machine and equipment shifting as required.
