Location: Pasig City | Onsite | Night Shift
Compensation
₱45,000 basic salary
₱6,000 allowance
Qualifications (Strict)
Minimum 2–3 years experience as Team Leader in BPO
Preferably 3–4 years tenure in one company
Strong coaching, performance management, and KPI handling
