Job Description
Play a key role in supporting multidisciplinary healthcare operations & pathology services by coordinating appointments, managing case workflows, and delivering high‑quality administrative support that ensures timely, accurate, and seamless service for patients and practitioners.
What You’ll Do
- Handle complex cases and advanced scheduling (therapy plans, multi‑layer bookings)
- Manage and schedule long‑term therapy plans (e.g., NDIS plans)
- Prioritize workload based on productivity impact and team direction
- Drive productivity outcomes by managing high‑impact tasks
- Perform quality checks / audits on junior outputs
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support continuous workflow improvement
