About Us
The Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager is responsible for leading and driving GDC’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Regulatory Compliance agenda across the site. This position ensures a world‑class, safe, healthy, sustainable, and fully compliant workplace for all employees, contractors, visitors, and partners while supporting Dyson's innovation and operational excellence. The HSE Manager will establish a proactive safety culture where safety is integrated into every aspect of research, development, laboratories, engineering activities, manufacturing support functions, office operations, and facility management. The role is accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable Malaysian regulations, Dyson global standards, and industry best practices.
