Duties Description This position will require the successful candidate to oversee the Nursing Home Safety and Evaluation Program within the Office of Aging and Long-Term Care. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the various fiscal, personnel, policy and procedure, communication systems and administrative functions associated with the Safe Staffing regulations for Article 28 residential health care facilities in accordance with law and regulations. Specifically, the incumbent will oversee a team of approximately 20 staff, and provide leadership and program oversight of such staff responsible for assessing compliance and penalties related to the minimum nurse staffing and minimum direct care spending requirements for Article 28 nursing homes.
