About the HCAP Program
The Health Career Access Program (HCAP) is a provincial program designed for individuals who aspire to pursue a healthcare career. Starting as a Health Care Support Worker, participants will receive paid training to transition into a Health Care Assistant (HCA). The province covers the cost of post‑secondary education while facilitating placement in an entry‑level position.
