Your Opportunity:
HCA provide direct, client-centered care under the direction of regulated health professionals such as RNs, RPNs, & LPNs.HCAs deliver care in home/community/lodge settings, supporting individuals to maintain independence, dignity & quality of life.
Providing personal care/assistance with activities of daily living in alignment with individualized care plans.
Supporting mobility/transfers/feeding/hygiene/grooming/dressing.
Delivering respite support to families & caregivers.
Provides emotional support by being a good listener/being supportive/being friendly/sincere/interacting in a positive & optimistic manner.
Performing authorized health-related tasks as outlined in the care plan, such as medication assistance, catheter care, ostomy care, dressing changes, & therapeutic exercises.
Provides Housekeeping services that are essential to the Client's Activities of Daily Living in their immediate living space to increase the prospec...
