Head Therapist | Luxury Lodge | Touws River
Package: Salary: R12,000 – R15,000 DOE Live-in position ROLE OVERVIEW
The Head Therapist will oversee the wellness offering at a luxury lodge, ensuring a high standard of spa and holistic treatments while delivering an exceptional guest experience. A strong background in wellness and a passion for guest care is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a range of professional spa and wellness treatments Oversee daily spa operations and treatment scheduling Ensure consistent high standards of guest service and experience Maintain treatment rooms, spa areas and equipment to luxury standards Support and guide junior therapists where required Manage guest consultations and personalised wellness recommendations Ensure hygiene, safety and operational standards are upheld Assist with stock control, product usage and basic spa administration Promote a calm, professional and welcoming wellness environment REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as ...
