Job Description

The Head, Infrastructure is responsible for setting the strategic direction, governance, design, delivery, and operations of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure across the Group. The role ensures that infrastructure platforms are resilient, secure, scalable, cost-efficient, and compliant, while effectively enabling business growth, digital transformation, and regulatory position provides end-to-end accountability covering infrastructure solution delivery, engineering, operations, service reliability, and modernisation initiatives across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, in close partnership with business, architecture, security, risk, and delivery ons made independently:

Infrastructure operating decisions to ensure service availability, resilience, and security.
