Job Description : About the Role/Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced, proactive IT Manager to join our team at a well-established and renowned name in the retail industry, we are looking for a skilled professional to oversee IT infrastructure, secure digital assets, manage key technology vendors, and lead internal tech team. Key Responsibilities : 1. Infrastructure & Cloud Management (Azure & Network) :
- Oversee our Microsoft Azure cloud environment hosting Dynamics 365 F & O.
- Manage and optimize network connectivity across HQ and 65 retail outlets.
- Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols are active and tested. 2. Vendor & Developer Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT vendors, ensuring high uptime and strict adherence to SLAs.
- Supervise the internal IT support team, network engineers, and newly onboarded in-house Dynamics 365 developers to align tech outputs with business needs.
