Job Purpose
Develop, lead and manage the SMF team to drive loan growth & achieve AHIB’s business objectives.
Job Requirements
Product Strategy, Planning, and Expansion
- Formulation of strategy for AHIB's leveraged finance products via extensive market research, analysis of the competitive marketplace and industry trends, as well as periodic assessments of the target clients.
- Innovate and introduce a wider breadth of leveraged finance products and services for retail clients to ensure attractiveness of our products in the market (such as through competitive interest rates, unique terms and conditions of share margin facilities, etc.).
- Business development charge to drive the products, and continually improve the offerings based on feedback from sales personnel.
- Explore cross‑selling of the Group's solutions and products to clients (both new and existing), and identify possible opportunities to promote AHIB's ...
