Head – Quality (Sheet Metal Stamping) – Maharashtra - PUNE
Our client, a leading ₹6,000+ crore manufacturing organization , is looking to hire a Head – Quality for its sheet metal stamping business. The role is based in Talegaon, Pune .
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 18–25 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with significant exposure to sheet metal stamping .
- Currently leading or having led the Quality function at a large automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
- Strong expertise in:
- Sheet metal stamping processes
- Press shop quality systems
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans
- IATF 16949 quality management systems
- Customer quality management (OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Honda, Toyota, etc.)
