Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control professional to lead the QC function at our Khopoli manufacturing plant. This is a plant-level leadership role responsible for ensuring that all raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The QC Head will be the custodian of quality at the plant and will work closely with Production, R&D, and Procurement teams to ensure consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the QC laboratory, including people, processes, instruments, and documentation.
Oversee incoming raw material testing and approval of oils, chemicals, fragrances, actives, and packaging materials.
Manage in-process quality checks across all production lines and product formats.
Ensure finished goods testing and release as per customer specifications and internal quality stand...
