We’re looking for a Pitmaster to join our passionate brigade of BBQ enthusiasts, lead our prep team, overseeing the whole smoking process of our meat! You will be working with and leading the team to deliver an authentic fresh-food based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town.
As a Pitmaster, you would be working predominantly day‑time shifts with 1 or 2 evenings per week!
