Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Engineering Lead planning, budgeting, execution, commissioning, and maintenance of infrastructure and utility systems. Manage Greenfield and Brownfield expansion projects. Oversee electrical, HVAC, compressed air, water treatment, fire protection, fuel systems, and material handling infrastructure. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and utility providers. Ensure statutory, safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. 2. Manufacturing Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SMED, VSM, and Operational Excellence initiatives. Drive waste elimination, process optimization, quality improvement, and cost reduction programs. Establish a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. 3.
