We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operations across the hotel, including restaurant service and high-volume banqueting.
This is a key leadership role for a passionate pastry professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding desserts and baked creations at scale.
Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team, you will oversee all pastry production for Cocoβs Kitchen + Bar, in-room dining, and a wide range of conferences, weddings, and special events. You will play a central role in shaping the hotelβs pastry offering while mentoring and developing your team.
