As a Head / Lead Interior Designer, you’ll be responsible for translating Venn Spaces design principles into immersive, high-performance environments across our product spectrum — from standard co-working floors to bespoke managed office spaces.
Manage a team of 5-10 architects, 3D visualizers and project managers.
The role is deeply collaborative and cross-functional, requiring you to work closely with architectural, MEP, construction, logistics, and operations teams. You’ll be expected to drive projects from ideation through execution, pushing for excellence in spatial storytelling, detail resolution, and material expression — all while balancing function, brand, and budget.
