Job Description
CTG is seeking to fill a Head of Video & Motion position for our client.
**Location:** Morrisville, NC
**Duration:** 12+ months, with possibility for extension
**Duties:**
+ Lead the strategy, standards, operating model, and delivery capabilities for video and motion content.
+ Develop scalable video and animated storytelling solutions across campaigns, portfolios, channels, and regions.
+ Define video and motion strategy, content formats, production standards, and reusable creative frameworks.
+ Establish production priorities, capacity planning models, intake processes, and quality review standards.
+ Lead and mentor video producers, motion designers, editors, agencies, and freelance partners to deliver consistent, high-quality content.
+ Partner with campaign, product, creative, and regional teams to align video investments with business objectives.
