As the Head of Trade Manager, you will lead the company’s trading business, formulating strategy and business roadmap, overseeing spot and derivatives trading, liquidity and risk control, and ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Trading Strategy & Business Planning

• Formulate long‑term and short‑term trading strategies, market positioning, product layout, liquidity and pricing strategy.
• Develop detailed business plans and OKRs, decompose goals to the team, supervise implementation progress, and ensure achievement of key indicators such as trading volume, liquidity and transaction efficiency.
• Monitor global digital asset market trends, policy changes and competitor dynamics to adjust strategies and seize opportunities.
• Lead research and development of new trading products and services, promoting product iteration and innovation to meet diverse user needs.
