Job Description
Head of Software Development / Software Development Lead
Oversee architecture design, technical selection and review to boost system performance and reduce technical debt, lead the development team to implement agile workflows for full-cycle project delivery, set unified coding and CI/CD standards alongside a complete document management system, and roll out standardized AI coding tools and team collaboration specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 6+ years Java development experience and 2+ years team management experience.
- Skilled in Java microservice stack and DDD design.
- Basic Vue/React ability to review AI code.
- Proficient bilingual communication with fluent Chinese preferred.
- Cloud-native DevOps, MCP and client delivery experience are strong advantages.
