Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the SCADA/OT strategy, technology roadmap, and system architecture across multiple renewable energy projects.
- Oversee SCADA integration, commissioning, and operational readiness while ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, engineering teams, contractors, and technology suppliers to deliver projects successfully.
- Ensure compliance with grid requirements, cybersecurity standards, and operational best practices while managing budgets, contracts, and project performance.
- Lead and develop the SCADA/OT team, driving continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
