Job Description
We are looking for aHead of Saleswith strong experience inInside sales and techno-commercial proposals . The role involves lead management, client coordination, proposal preparation, and supporting sales closures by working closely with internal technical and commercial teams.
ResponsibilitiesManage a team of Inside Sales Executives
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand business and technical requirements
Prepare and support in preparing theTechno-commercial proposals, RFQs, and quotations
Liaise with internal technical, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and solution alignment.
Ensure proposals meet client requirements, compliance standards, and commercial viability.
Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-sales and proposal stage.
