Head of Sales

Full-time Sales Management

The Employee shall be employed as Head of Sales and shall perform the following duties:

Sales Strategy & Performance

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Client Acquisition & Retention

• Identify and attract high-value customers to the beauty salon.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and improve customer retention rates.

Marketing & Promotions

• Work with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

Operations & Reporting

• Oversee daily sales operations and ensure high customer service standards.
