Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the entire sales strategy — from conception and validation to implementation.
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop targeted measures for our different customer segments, with the aim of increasing revenue and making our sales processes more efficient and scalable.
• Be responsible for the structured expansion of our sales team: identify and develop talent and enable team members to reach their full potential.
• Actively contribute to the company’s strategic development and play a key role in the company’s future internationalization.
• Develop and implement national and international sales strategies: analyse market potential, identify opportunities, and design targeted sales approaches to strengthen and expand our market position.
