Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand revenue across existing and new service lines.

• Identify and create new avenues for revenue expansion, including new offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches.

• Own revenue targets and forecasting, ensuring predictable and scalable growth.

Sales Process & Execution

• Design, implement, and continuously refine end-to-end sales processes to improve conversion rates, deal velocity, and pipeline quality.

• Establish clear sales methodologies, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.

• Partner with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure alignment from lead generation through service delivery.
